Design Meets Quality of Life

In Harmony with the Place

“enso” comprises two distinct buildings that blend seamlessly and precisely into the topography: Building A, a multi-family residence with eight apartments, and Building B, a boutique building featuring three spacious single-family row houses.

Natural stone facades, slender metal windows, and vertical louvers in a warm bronze tone lend the complex a timeless presence while also ensuring privacy. Both buildings feature an elevator; the shared underground parking garage is discreetly accessed via a car lift from Habüelstrasse.

Aesthetics that Last

The interior design of “enso” is characterized by natural materials and a finely balanced palette of wood, sand, and natural tones. Smoothly plastered, white walls and oak parquet flooring in the living and bedroom areas create a bright, warm atmosphere. Sleek metal windows frame the views and connect the serene design of the interiors with the clean architectural language of the complex.

The Boffi kitchens serve as the stylish centerpiece of the home. Sand-colored wood veneer, light mineral-matte surfaces, and a satin-finished countertop made of Breccia Imperiale come together to form an elegant overall look. The warm brown and copper tones of the natural stone add a distinctive accent. High-quality appliances from Miele—including a steam oven, conventional oven, and induction cooktop—combine aesthetics with contemporary comfort.

The bathrooms also follow the principle of elegant restraint: large-format, matte porcelain stoneware tiles in sand gray complement warm wood-veneer furniture and carefully integrated features. A laundry tower in the utility room provides additional convenience for everyday life. Controlled ventilation, free cooling, and a sustainable heating solution ensure a comfortable living environment year-round in every room.

Harmonious and Stylish

The surroundings of “enso” follow the natural terrain and are designed as a tranquil, delicately composed garden space. Small multi-stemmed trees, delicate shrubs, and carefully selected perennials create depth, a sense of lightness, and privacy. Terraces, seating areas, and private garden spaces extend the living space outdoors, while natural stone paving, natural green borders, and discreetly placed slats seamlessly integrate the architecture into the landscape.
